Confirm The Constitution! The Defining Political Event in Scotland History!

Two weeks ago, we confirmed that the Scotland Constitution had submitted to Scotland’s Parliament. Our combined 3 previous articles on this evolution, quickly racked 6,000 at source Facebook shares.

We’re totally astonished today, to still be the only media portal, actually reporting what’s happening. This is despite media releases circulating via media liaison, across the entire span of Scotland’s broadcasting and newspapers.

If, as and when the Constitution is defined in Scotland’s Parliament, it will be the defining political moment in Scotland history. Even beyond that of independence itself, because in addition to independence, it’s the architectural and infrastructure underpinnings for a totally new, Scotland.

If we may be so bold as to say so, confirmation of the Scotland Constitution, is going to be Scotland’s equivalent of The Berlin Wall coming down.

The submission into the Scotland Parliament system, has 3 components.

  1. Constitution project leader Dr Mark McNaught direct with Mike Russell, Cabinet Secretary for Government Business and Constitution,
  2. @YesDayScotland via Jenny Gilruth MSP for Mid Fife and Glenrothes, on this point, we clarify that any MSP can lodge a motion for a debate in Scotland’s Parliament, but there is no defined MSP capability for a subsequent vote to be taken. Out of 129 MSPs, Scotland currently has a majority of 68 who are YES for Scotland independence. For a vote to be taken, the debate subject seemingly must be initiated by the actual government themselves,
  3. @YesDayScotland Scottish Parliament Public Petition,

Procedurally, a Petition is considered by Public Petitions Committee, before being deemed admissible. The current committee has 3 Unionists MSPs, and 2 proIndy MSPs. If there is any progress, Twitter will be first to know!

It’s patently obvious to see, that The Constitution itself, is arriving in Scotland’s media, with a complete measure of total disbelief. ‘How can this even be happening? Let’s ignore it, until a politician says something?’

And talking of Scotland’s politicians, LOL we haven’t seen a single social media comment yet, about the capabilities within the Constitution itself? What a mind-blowing fact.

Politicians are paid by taxpayers, to work for taxpayers. In the best interests of the people? So, please can one and all start speaking!!!

If Scotland were Iceland, there would surely already be half a million people massed outside Scotland’s Parliament, banging pots’n’pans in anticipatory celebration, demanding politicians immediately vote to confirm the Constitution, setting Scotland on track to become a normal country.

Public reaction? That’s to the contrary, and it’s amazing to watch the unfolding perspectives.

As most of Scotland is blissfully unaware of what the capabilities are, within the Scotland Constitution itself, here are a few of the key points. Tell your pals, family members, work colleagues. Should you wish to do so, write to your MSP, MP, MEP.

The Scotland of milk and honey? Well, not sure about that in entirety, but beyond shadow of any doubt, Scotland will be on track, immediately following a vote to confirm the Constitution, to achieve a listing in The World Happiness Report, and become one of Europe’s wealthiest countries.

Feel free to paste this summary article across the span of your social media.

Please tell your children, as it’s their future. It’s normal for Constitution to be taught in schools, here’s to that brand new future for Scotland.

From a constitutional scholar perspective, the Constitution has been termed, ’the finest written Constitution in existence’.

Do the politicians agree that a Parliament vote would approve the Constitution in immediate terms, given the current total of 68 SNP and Green MSPs, out of 129 MSPs in total?

Do the politicians acknowledge that a vote to confirm the constitution, legally initiates an 18 month timeline for Scotland’s independence?

In the world today, it’s only New Zealand, Israel, and the UK nations that don’t have written constitutions. Do the politicians agree that the Constitution will deliver capacity to very quickly turn Scotland into a normal country?

The Constitution is paving the way for revolutionary progress in Scotland. Such as:

– The Scottish Social Contract will provide unprecedented remits across society.

– There will be Digital Citizenships.

– There will be a new Scottish Electoral Audit Board, to oversee all future democracy, delivering unprecedented electoral integrity. The integrity will be even further underpinned with distributed ledger technology.

– There will be an Environmental Audit Board.

– A new Broadcasting and Media Audit Board will extend oversight across the entire span of media and broadcasting.

– Scotland will commit to International Peace, and trident will be removed.

– All of Scotland’s Lands and Waters will be reclaimed.

– A Sovereign Wealth Fund will be established.

– There will be financial regulators here in Scotland.

– All public services and institutions will become publicly-owned and run.

– There will be Universal Basic Income.

– Pension ages and amounts will be reviewed.

– All politicians will take an Affirmation of Office, working only on behalf of the people of Scotland.

Do politicians agree that all of these aspects above are now going to become fully achievable?

Probably not the news that Michelle Mone, Baroness of Mayfair wishes to hear, but within Constituent Process, which would finalise in 18 month timeline after Confirmation of The Constitution, it is currently stated that Any and all aristocratic titles and unearned privileges shall be null, void and without effect in Scotland, as they are fundamentally incompatible with an egalitarian society’.

Do the Scotland politicians agree with this?

Within Constituent Process, it is also stated that ‘The BBC shall no longer be unjustifiably subsidized by anyone living in Scotland, and the former BBC licence fee shall be reduced to £100 per year and redirected to the establishment of a Scottish Citizens Media Fund to be run for and by the people of Scotland. Any effort by the BBC or any other entity to collect the licence fees and/or arrears on Scottish citizens shall be prohibited and prosecutable’.

Do the politicians agree with this?

Imagine life in Scotland, with broadcasters working for the people of Scotland, instead of the reality today, of being contracted to work in the interests of a Westminster Union.
